 France  From  Inside  Payment and Cancellation Policy

A $500 deposit per person is required to reserve a spot for the cycling tour, which you can pay either through PayPal with your Paypal account or credit card, or with a check - please make check payable to "France From Inside" or "Allan Reeves." Once a deposit is received your reservation confirmation is complete. Final payment - remaining balance - is due 75 days prior to the start date of your tour. Final payment shall be paid by check. Cancellation policy is as follows and applies to price fees per person:

• If a cancellation is made after deposit but 90 days before the start date of the tour, $250 of the deposit is refunded.
• If a cancellation is made between 90 to 60 days of the start date of the tour, all of the deposit is retained and none is refunded.
• If a cancellation is made between 60 to 30 days of the start date of the tour, then 50% of the tour price is retained and 50% is refunded.
• If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the tour start, then 85% of the tour cost is retained and 15% is refunded.
• No refunds are available once the trip commences. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, including weather or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, in which case a full refund of the cost – including deposit – will be issued.

Note that the price for the tour is listed in Euros, and the actual cost of the tour in dollars will be based on the value of the Euro 15 days prior to the start date of the tour. In the event that the value of the Euro has changed more than 5% from its value at the time of full payment, the difference will be due to  France  From  Inside  or returned to you, depending on if the Euro has gained or lost value.
